Surfrider provides cigarette butt receptacles for beaches
We love what Carsbad has done in adding these cigarette butt receptacles along the beaches and fences along the beaches. They are about 18" high and about 4" around. for people to throw away their cigarette butts in. Thank you Surfrider Foundation for getting these out! The top 2 trash items are cigarette butts and plastic bags.
